Sleeping issue

Dear sir. Am facing some sleeping issue in my routine life. Am trying for sleep at 11 pm. Bt sleeping not coming my near before 5 to 6 am😉... I thought am facing insomnia. Please suggest me what can I do. Please revert

The main reason for sleep issues is due to your jobless state. Get a job soon. Meanwhile it can be solved with medicines + counselling.. Not by talk therapy alone..
