Holes on bone usually heal in  due course of time. Tape must stay. Kindly visit the surgeon who operated on you and follow his advise

After arthroscopy for a SLAP lesion, a hole in the bone and fiber tape will be used to stabilize the repair of the torn labrum. However, over time, the hole in the bone may fill in with new bone growth and the fiber tape will NOT dissolve or become absorbed by the body. This process of healing and remodeling of bone can take several months, during which it is important to follow the postoperative rehabilitation program prescribed by your doctor. Regular follow-up visits with your doctor can help assess the progress of your recovery and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

Holes made for anchor are very small diameter and that too outside the surface of your joints so they dont occupy much of your joint surface area! The Fibre tape used to suture the labrum is meant to stay forever and even if it stays in your joints its not more than few mm..
