I have a shoulder problem happened due to fall from my bike on my right arm outstreatched. I have visited Orthopaedic doctor and he prescribe me MRI and Orthogram. The impression of the Report is (1) SLAP II lesion, (2) AC joint orthography (3) supraspinatus tendinosis (4) early adhesive capsulitis. If doctors has advised surgery than you should listen to him/her, when there is slap tear u have to go through arthroscopic surgery,there is no other way

After surgery strengthening exercises ,find sports physio near by ur area
