How to treat this type of issue at home  ? In this site no pus present. Please help. this is not an infection , the skin is just tear off.

You should not be adamant that it must be treated at home. It looks as if the skin has got devitalised due to some reason and a part of it has got infected. Please consult a General Surgeon in your area. It is not a skin problem.
