Hello. The homeopathic medicines you mentioned, such as Sabal Serrulata, Cantharis, and Lycopodium, are not generally known to cause permanent bladder dysfunction when taken in prescribed homeopathic doses. However, persistent urinary symptoms such as frequent urge to urinate, passing small quantities of urine, burning in the urethra, incomplete emptying, weak urine flow, or discomfort while sitting should not be ignored.
These symptoms may be related to an underlying urinary tract condition, chronic prostatitis, bladder irritation, urethral inflammation, pelvic floor dysfunction,
kidney stones, infection, anxiety-related urinary symptoms, or other medical causes rather than the homeopathic medicines themselves.
It is difficult to determine the exact cause without a detailed history and appropriate investigations. If symptoms have persisted for months, I would advise a thorough evaluation, which may include urine routine examination, urine culture, ultrasound of the kidneys, ureters, bladder and prostate (if indicated), and other tests based on your symptoms.
Please share:
⢠Your age
⢠Duration of symptoms
⢠Any urine test or ultrasound reports
⢠Whether symptoms worsen after certain foods, drinks, stress, or sexual activity
⢠Any allopathic medications currently being taken
A detailed consultation can help identify the cause and guide appropriate treatment. If symptoms are severe, worsening, or associated with fever, blood in urine, or inability to pass urine, please seek prompt medical attention.
