Hi,
According to your described symptoms you seem to be having adhesive capsulitis of shoulder which causes pain in shoulder and restriction of movements of shoulder. If there is more of radiating pain and tingling numbness then it suggests cervical problem.
In adhesive capsulitis there is restriction of abduction and external rotation movements which seems to be in your case. This is common in middle aged woman and diabetics.
It is advisable for you to take medication for pain and allow movements of shoulder joint.
For medication and detailed treatment it is advisable to consult directly with us by taking appointment on Practo for prescription and advise on exercises.
Thank you.
