My right Shoulder is paining when I move my arm upwards or to the backside. I am unable to move the arms completely. I am not able to sleep on the right side because of this pain. Kindly advise.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

There needs a thorough assessment, if you are diabetic can develop primary PA shoulder and or you may have over strained or possibly having some tendinitis.
