I am having left side shoulder pain. First it starts as left  neck pain and then I had headache in back of my head. After 4 days I experience shoulder pain on my left side arm and it also given pain on my left hand area . Thought it may be from bad sleep position but now my left shoulder area seemed swelling. Am in Dubai so I can't connect through practo video call.

Hello, you need to get your X-ray cervical spine done. Cause of the pain is from cervical region.
