Hi, i used to write in long sessions for 2 to 3 hours daily making notes and studying now from past 2 months my shoulders, neck , lower back and shoulder ball are constantly in pain so much so that i cannot write. I stopped writing for 1 month and took rest, the pain was gone but now as i tries to write again that pain started very badly and i am not able to write for 5 mins. Should i try physiotherapy or something else to ease this pain and so that i can write again.

Possibly cervical spondylosis. Give rest, ice pack to the neck.
