I have attached previous and current x ray . Please suggest it can be treated with sling . Its become 1 months.

As it's already 1 month old, continue on broad arm sling. Start physiotherapy - shoulder and elbow ROM exercises.

Have fig.of 8 bandage for 3wks.further. There after, if there is no pain, you may gradually return to usual activities
