Recurrent dislocation of shoulder can be only premanently treated by a surgery . Its a structural abnormality and hemce needs a surgery named Latarjet procedure

I’m not an homeopathic doctor and also I don’t believe there is any treatment more effective than surgical stabilisation for recurrent shoulder dislocation.
If done properly patients are able to go back to sports too.
