Should I take calcium supplements?

Should I take multivitamin supplements, especially calcium supplements at 25? Or should I wait till 30? I am a very picky eater.

Hi Yes you can have a multivitamin supplement. If you are doing regular exercise like cardio or weight lifting etc then you can have it daily otherwise alternative days. Thankyou
