Should I remove wisdom tooth

This report is of 6months ago i removed that due to very much problem secondary infection and mouth lock pus drainage.

Should I remove another one wisdom tooth also not causing any problem but doctor suggeste me to remove

Because on that case I have no symptoms before suddenly I fell that
This x-ray is 6months older
On this year I have 3 x-ray should I go for 4th one of doctor suggest

Did you mean the lytic lesson in left ramus is OKC (a type of Odontogenic cyst)??? Did you OKC get infected? If it’s an OKC then please be on regular radiographic follow ups as its chance of recurrence are very high.
Where exactly was the excised lesion present?
Go by your treating doctor’s suggestion.
