Nowadays a lot f types f fillings available...like tooth coloured or laser fillings...u should get teeth filled...if u don't ...it will go fr root canal...or infection might increase and cause swelling..

No dear the insects u r talking about is called cavity its a bacterial infection invisible to eyes,and the kaccha masala is called dental cement at first u get the x-ray done and let ur dentist decide the diagnosis now and if cavity is not much deep then u can proceed further for permanent filling.and if it has gone beyond the pulp then u have to get it treated by RCT.
