Shin pain in both legs

Hlo ...i am having shin splints due to running from last 5 yrs ...i do all stretching exercises for prevention of shin splints ...but my shin does not recover while running ...pls tell the reason for this issue ...is it a nutrition problem or what else

If you are a daily runner for 5 years,  you may get shin splints as that puts stress on your bone and may lead to condition called as Stress fracture. You should consider rest and avoid daily running with some supplements.
