Shin injuries are common if you have started walking or jogging recently
It is due to sudden overuse of muscles which pull on to bone to which they are attached
Need to go slow when you start exercising and have to do warmup stretching
If it's in calf it may be due dehydration which is common in summer
Also you need to check your
vitamin D levels deficiencies of which can cause stress fractures just below shin
