I have shilajit semi liquid form of Gurukul Kangri Haridwar pharmacy manufacturing 2018 and expiry in 2019. Can it still be used? If not, what are the good brands now those can be purchased? Kindly guide.

Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform. Shilajit is mineral preparation. But it's not very good to just share safe for internals use.... Usually shilajit is advised after shuddhi as Rasayan so plz feel to communicate dr who advised it
