ESR 49 fever on and off from 3 weeks, headache, occasional swelling in legs and hands, rash on wrists followed by swelling, slight pain on right side of body with swelling.  (whenever I got swelling it would always be on left side but now on right side) Extreme weakness as if I'm dehydrated and from 2 days pain in right kidney area. Constipation is new symptom as I always suffered from chronic diarrhea and gas. Please help me figure out what is this disease? I've Stopped all medication for hypothyroidism, liver strength and aneamia from 3 - 4 months although my blood reports are suggestive of aneamia and dvt. Help me know which specialist I have to kidney or gastroenterologist or liver specialist?
