My SGOT level is 43, please suggest me the what shall i do to control the same. Also please suggest me the medicine.

SGOT 43 is not significantly high.
It is not liver specific also..
So no need to worry . .
Avoid alcohol intake.
Avoid oily,fried food to have healthy liver

Its okay not something very serious if only one value is in this range in the LFT. But if you consume alcohol that must be stopped
