Severe weight loss, weight regain advice

Hi, I am 5'10''used to weigh between 68-72Kgs. I recently lost a lot of weight due to illness and loss of appetite and my current body weight is 57Kgs. I eat almost anything especially meat and lot of eggs. Could you please suggest a diet plan that I can follow to regain the lost weight?

Take protein rich foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Use healthy oil for cooking . Avoid stress and take enough sleep.
