Severe toothache...need some painkillers to relief instantly. Then I can visit a doctor. Please refer any painkiller .

Pain killer is not the permanent solution of your problem,visit near by dentist and he/she will diagnosed the problem and will take the x-ray of that tooth,and than take the proper treatment acc to your dentist...
