Hi .. it could be due to deep cavity in those front teeth or could be after gum recession.. a xrays would be required to confirm the cause. Clinical correlation is a must along with xray. Till then he can start with a suitable analgesic.. kindly visit the dentist asap to avoid any severe pain or swelling.

Teeth is severely infected. Knowing the root of infection is important and treatment is advised accordingly. As the area of inflammation increases, the pain becomes more severe. It may radiate to the cheek, the ear, or the jaw. An antibiotic will usually be prescribed if a fever or swelling of the jaw is present. Such procedures are generally done in stages, with pain and infection being cared for immediately, and reconstructive procedures being performed at a later time.
Next Steps
Visit dentist.
Health Tips
Dentists and oral surgeons may plan additional procedures at the most appropriate time.

Hi, most probably he is in need of rct. But other causes can be ruled out only after examining. Is there pain when you put pressure over the tooth? And is there any swelling? An xray would be required for better diagnosis
Next Steps
Take 2 tablets of ketorol dt. Dissolve it in small amount of water and drink. This should bring about slight relief if not complete. But still you need to visit a dentist
Health Tips
Don't apply heat to the affected area
