Severe toothache

I am having severe toothache in the left jaw. No cavity or hole. Can feel the pain coming from root. Having combiflam and cavum.

Cavities are not the only cause for infected teeth with root infection.. See your dentist about that without delaying any further.

A cavity is not always the only source of pain. From your description it seems that probably the gums around wisdom tooth are inflamed and are the reason for your discomfort.
