I am having severe toothache in the left jaw. No cavity or hole. Can feel the pain coming from root. Having combiflam and cavum.

A cavity is not always the only source of pain. From your description it seems that probably the gums around wisdom tooth are inflamed and are the reason for your discomfort. But even this is a tentative suggestion without a look at the clinical condition of the oral cavity.
