I have severe pain in the whole back from the last few days,I have done my MRI done for the whole back,it would be really helpful if any one can tell,what is the cause of pain? I am attaching my MRI reports with this chat

This is degeneration of disc which is common at 47 yrs age. Need physiotherapy and ergonomics.
