I would recommend that you see an orthopedic surgeon who would be able to diagnose the cause of your foot pain. Treatment will depend on the pathology found. Take some anti-infflamatory medications in the interim period.

Do not apply much pressure, no massage or oil application , put some ice and check 1-2 days if still pain continues, plz visit near by clinic.
