Severe pain in right arm while moving

Hello..Since 2 days m having severe pain in my right arm while moving my right hand...is it a sprain or what I don't know but its paining while doing any work.. pls help

Arm pain could be due to local muscles , nerves , ligaments sprain etc.If not relieved with analgesics like ibuprofen and some local application of fastum gel ,in a few days , consult with a orthopedist in your area.

Pain may be muscular or  due to strained ligaments or bone. Do hot water fomentation locally and take one pain killer .If still not improved then consult a orthopedecian .
