1. STEAM INHALATION 3 to 4 times in a day 2. Continue TAB ELTRIZ D 1 tab at bed time after dinner for 3 days 3. TAB DEXA 8mg p/o Once in a day for 3 days (only if you're non diabetic) 4. You can use Nasal spray COMBINASE FT 1puff in each  nostrils at bed time for 15 days
