Severe Lower Back pain

Experiencing severe lower back pain. Pain is not till legs or feet but only from lower back to thigh. I consulted the local general doctor/surgeon. After his treatment the pain increased severely. He even put NS to me 3 times.. but still pain not relieved. In his treatment,He said it as sciatica and gave me various injections... gave injection with red colour fluid in NS. And gave me the following medicines.(Attached prescription) Mobizax Neurobion - plus And he said my sciatica will get cured now. But it didn't. Before visiting this doctor, I used to get pain occassionally. but after his treatment my pain multiplied several times and continuous pain every day. Not able to stand or walk for more than 5 mins. Other doctor told that it is not sciatica.. but muscle weakness. I'm really confused.
