I have severe heel pain everytime I start walking after sitting. The pain is severe for only for a minute , after walking for a while it vanishes totally. Would like to know the cause and remedy for the heel pain. I am 30 yrs old female with weight 63 kgs and height 5' 2" . I am a homemaker , I go for walks daily wearing  shoes for 1.5 hrs .

Do hot fomentation and stretching exercises everyday after getting up. Take a mild analgesic like ultracentrifuge for a week Take vitamin d 60k units once a week for 8 weeks
