U have to take paracetamol for ur fever and get some laboratory tests done regarding cause of fever..if u r having any respiratory symptoms then tests will be focused on respiratory issues or if u r getting buring sensation during urination then tests vl b on urinary symptoms..u vl get releave in headache and fever both by paracetamol.
