Severe dry eyes
I am using Flogel Hydra for severe dry eyes but still have some eyeball pain. What are the other things i can use ?
Hi there! Happy to help. You can also try systane ultra eye drops and systane night time gel for bedtime. Keep your lubricant drops in the fridge for a cooling effect.
Keep a humidifier in the room if the air is too dry. Practice blinking more often. If symptoms do not subside, we need to evaluate the cause, and work on treating that.
Avoid excessive screen time and hydrate well, with 8-9 hours of sleep everyday.
