Hi...I do have severe knee,back pain with pain in fingers also...unable to even stir while cooking..how can I get the permanent remedy for this? Profession : Anchor( Daily I sit for 2 hours without back rest)

Could be disc bulge in your low back,which is radiating pain, Manual physiotherapist ,can push the disc back to its, normal place, try it. GOOD LUCK

You must get RA factor blood test done and start medication in case its positive.After that for pain you must seek good physio.

Actually there is postural compromise. More stress is on ur spine .finding nerve compression

go for one x ray of cervical and lumbar region. after dt physiotherapy recomondation
