Adapt a healthy life style, do exercise or meditation or yoga on regular basis that will take care of ur depression and anxiety. About drinking start working on day to day basis that i won't drink today and don't do it that day and even be away from those company that will lead you to having a drink. About your alopecia you have to accept it or go for some wig or hair transplant bit i would prefer accept it and about your issues with family and friend sort it out talk it out with them this might help. Please try these measures if it does not work then you need to visit a doctor.
