As per doctor advised I am taking serta 25 mg and qutipin 25 1/2 Last 4 days and yesterday I am taking serta 50 mg and qutipin 1/2 as per doctor advice. Yesterday I had a panic attack. This medicine is a good choice for me.

It may take sometime to work medicine ..and it may take some time 2-4 week ..till that period if u get attack ..medication also comes which can be taken for that period as per need while attack...if no relief even after some period...get consult once...

Serta 50 mg is a good drug . It helps in panick attacks. You have to have for  2 -4 weeks for an adequate response.

Serta is good. It will take time to show its effect, atleast two weeks. For symptomatic relief you must also take anxiolytics and/or beta blockers till then.

The medicines will take 4 weeks to act. After 2 weeks if the symptoms don't reduce alternate can be considered. If they ddon't seem to work get a second opinion from an astute psychiatrist either online or in person. Good luck

It is a good medicine for the disorder. It will take time to show effect. Continue taking the medication slowly within 2-3 weeks you will most likely see some changes. If no significant improvements happen a dose increase will likely help. Even then if no improvements happen then medicine might be changed.

try to enroll yourself in psychotherapy also. CBT may help the most in identifying your triggers and how to control your panic attacks. you can start maintaining a diary or journal detailing events during and just before the attacks. you can find a template online easily.

Yes serta is a good medicine for anxiety and panic attacks. 50mg is optimum dose. Give it few more days to work. Quitipin at your current dose is for sleep. Wait for 2-3 weeks. If you continue to have panic attacks you can revisit your doctor to revise the dosage or add something.
