Go for an X-ray. If pain is continuous go for RCT.

If you don’t get relief from sensitive paste go for RCT as it was deep restoration so sometimes such problems occur

Hi, Use the anti-sensitivity paste prescribed by your dentist. If there is no reduction in sensitivity then you can think about undergoing RCT. Get an X-ray for the tooth and share.

If you have sensitivity from both hot and cold. Better go for RCT. Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).

Anti sensitivity paste may not be of much use of the sensitivity of severe. Yes, if the problem increases you will require RCT to control the symptoms. It’s nothing unusual this happens the deep carious lessons.
