I suddenly started getting severe sensitivity in molar and pre molar tooth. What are main causes of sensitivity ? Please also suggest a remedy

sensitivity could be due to many a reasons like tooth erosion, tooth abrasion,micro leakage in the filling ,tooth decay, exposed root surface.after checkup with dentist if you any of these conditions then filling or root canal treatment will be suggested.The depth of problem can be accesed by taking an x ray.

Sensitivity in tooth could be due to decay ,tooth erosion,tooth wear using hard brush or hard grip,crack or decay around leaky filling margin.In case there is sensitivity due to cavitation or any of the above you need to see your dentist for tooth fillings and to rule out infection.
