My teeth feels sensitive especially after dinner ( front 4 teeth up and down not the tooths). It becomes normal for 2 days and then it's back again. It's only from last 1 month. My teeth is otherwise very clean and healthy as told by a doctor during a full body medical checkup I took recently which also had a dental checkup. Do I need to change my toothpaste I use patanjali dantkanti.

It could be due to wearing of enamel. If you have been told there's no issue with teeth during check up, just try to symptomatically manage the sensitivity issue.
