A blood clot type bruise has appeared on right upper arm after a intense game of badminton. Inner area is red / bluish and outer area is yellowish. Very mild pain when pressed hard right over the bruise. While Playing badminton had experienced slight pain in the same general area. What should be used to heal this ?
