Check with yourself by gargling with mouthwash whether the spot gets removed or not if not then u need to consult a dentist after clinical examination the doctor will inform u about the extent of caries and further treatment planning of the same.Xray evaluation is of utmost importance.Treatment modalities will depend upon caries extent mild,moderate or advanced.

Yes it might b caries initial stage..u cant judge whether its increasing or not..can wait for few months..it wont go by brushing
