Hello, I have been dealing with a plantar wart on my foot that has become painful when pressed. I've tried using antiseptic cream and am considering over-the-counter treatments like Himalaya Chiropex Gel. However, I'm unsure about the best approach for effective treatment. Could you please provide guidance on the most effective treatment options and any additional steps I should take? Thank you!

Topical Acids, Antiviral creams, Electrofulguration with paring, Lasers (eg CO2 lasers) and Oral Meds have all been used and combination therapies too.
