The kind of hairfall u are talking about is called as androgenetic alopecia or male patterned baldness. It must be treated or slowly the bald area goes on increasing resulting in complete baldness Coming to the seborrhoeic dermatitis. It can be treated. It can be treated with few lotions and shampoos and can be maintained further..kindly share pics and do online consultation.
