Hi, I have sebaceous cyst at my lower back I get pain sometimes. Let me know the treatment also if surgery is only option than how big this surgery will be? Do I get some stitches?

How big is the cyst ? Size ? If it’s painful - then only surgery is required ...otherwise leave it as it is. .. ..., if a small painful cyst — can be done under local anaesthesia , and you may not require any stitches ..
