Hi can we go. for ECT as I'm feeling not Good now a day's. I'm feeling less energetic, lethargic, not good functionality. It's from past 2-3 months. So can I go for ECT. Will it works for scezofernia. And how many sessions I need to have. Please tell

Better to go for medical management first. If that does not work then you can go for ECT. For depression 12-15 sessions are required in the acute phase and then the maintenance phase depends. Yes in resistant schizophrenia we can give ECT
