According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from hypersalivation as temporary due to infection  and constant sialorrhoea due to some muscle disorder  due to nerve infection. For treatment point of view you should take consultation as i need more history to make correct diagnosis and treatment. Take some relaxant Flexon Mr and glycopyrolate and scopolamine with Multivitamin.
