Running nose and cough

My younger son is 1 year old and has been suffering with a running nose and cough for 2 days. For that we use medicine Mucolite (3 Times a day 1 ml) and ZeroCold ( 1ml night) for 2 days. I request to please suggest appropriate medicine to cure. Thank you

Cough and cold is usually due to a viral infection. It can last for 1 or 2 weeks. There is no cure for it. It will decrease slowly over time

Running nose nd cough is viral thing .. it will take atleast 7 days.. Use only Nasal drops .. maintain hydration.. Nd you can use different home remedies.. ( like honey..) There is no role of Mucolite nd zero cold..
