Hello sir, as you have gum bleeding you have to go to a dentist and get a thorough scaling and polishing done . Also get a x ray of the root canal treated and check if there is any infection.

Hi If u have gum bleeding or anything like bad breath it should be immediately addressed by doing complete cleaning and polishing . Gargle with plain water after every meal followed by mouthwash at night times . Take a xray over the root canal treated tooth and consult with nearby dentist . Generally yearly once cleaning is mandatory to avoid these kind of gum infection.

Get an X-ray done to check that tooth. The gum swelling may be related to the tooth or the gums in that area. A proper good fitting crown should be done for that tooth if the RCT is ok
