Hii... If your cap is fitted yesterday, it will take sometime to be normal in ur mouth...But if it's hitting your upper tooth , then there is a chance of High points...That needs to be adjusted or trimmed...We don't have to remove your cap for this procedure...It is more common & No need to worry about..
Next Steps
Visit the dentist who has fitted your cap.
Health Tips
Avoid chewing hard food from that side..

High occlusal point could he the reason of that discomfort. Check if all of your teeth on the left and right arch are meeting properly or not. Crown doesn’t need to be removed. The doctor will check the high points and reduce them.

Hello sir 🙏 . you need some time at least 3 -4 days to get habituated to the cap cemented . while fixing your cap your dentist will check the high points on your cap . As something new one came into your mouth you might feel bit discomfort for 3 -4 days . check for 3 -4 days if incase still you are feeling the same discomfort then you visit your dentist , then they will reduce the height of your cap  based on your comfort . But don't concentrate completely on that side where the cap is placed . chew on both sides then only you will get habituated to that .                    Thank you .

If it is discomfort than it will get normal in a day or so . But as you say its hurting your opposing tooth or during chewing it creates pressure on your opposing tooth than must be there is some high point in your cap. Visit your dentist, and after clinical examination your dentist will resolve your problem.

You need to visit your dentist for a check up. If your cap is hitting upper teeth prematurely.  Then some high point must be there. Your dentist will reduce that high point. It will get better.
