Root Canal Cap came out

Hi, Root canal cap has came out for highlighted tooth and I want tooth to be restored. Dr suggested to remove both tooth and have bridge between last and tooth next to it. Want 2nd opinion. In this age its not good to extract 2 tooth since other tooth will be misplaced bcoz of that and dr didn't given solution on misplacing tooth. 2.is implant so costly? I think implant can be solution. 3.If bridge is done then after some years cap can also came out from these tooth then they will again suggest to remove these tooth as well and there wont be tooth in left side. Please suggest correct option.

For your radiographs I am suggesting you that you can extract 1 molar which is bifurcated root so it can't be save but you can fixed your ceramic or zirconia cap after extraction and don't worry only one tooth extraction can solve your problems.

Radiograph isnt clear.tlzthey are not in the best condition. But, kindly visit an endodontist.   Conservative management is always the best even if it can last for 5 years. Check out if posts can be given in the teeth to support a bridge. Implants can be given. They maybe expensive but well worth it

These 2 teeth are in a bad condition, will create pain after sometime if not removed. Yes implants are costlier, you can go with bridge also, it is also a good choice and don't worry it won't come out that easily..

As far OPG - the tooth is not in good state to be saved. About Implant- it’s by far is best choice as replacement of teeth. Yes it’s costlier than other options. But the cost has come down a lot in last 10years. As technology evolves these treatment will become more economical.
Next Steps
If affordable go with Implants instead of bridges.

Hi If the tooth cannot be saved then the best option would be to have an implant placed. This will ensure that you do not get the adjacent teeth trimmed (which happens if you opt for a bridge) Healthy emanel should be preserved as much as possible. In case an implant isn't possible for some reason then yes you can go for a bridge to replace the tooth after it has been extracted
Next Steps
Make sure it cannot be saved by a post ans buildup first

Mam I saw ur opg  I prefer to do extraction ( removal) of that teeth bec only root is seen upper portion of teeth is damaged.so u can remove the teeth. 1 st line of treatment u can go for bridge.                      Or U can go for 2 implant nd join cap ( 4 crown ) should be place. Implant is not a costly treatment u can go for that.
