Right side upper and middle back pain

It's been more then 2 months since was suffering from upper back and middle back pain right side... It started after a massage session in salon... I have try multiple treatment option but not curing my pain 100 percent... I dont know what causing it but when it's high I can feel pain in my right arm and in my right hand... It go down and go up automatically... I don't know I'm doing exercise which my Dr suggested regualry for it still pain there... I have even taken chriparcter session also... What causing this pain and any treatment for it... I'm diabetic type 2...and my pulse rate nowdYs high around 104 to 108 ...kindly advise something...

It can be Fibromyalgia , So Avoid forwrard neck bending and working , lifting weight over head and back , avoid massage and any prolonged activity , Hot packs , Analgesic and Vitamin D3 supplements
