It is due to recurrent che. Appendicitis. It is resolve by course of antibiotic with semi solid diet. I think for permanent solution go for appendectomy operation.

Need a detailed history to asses your  symptoms mam If it is a colicky type and on and off pain with UTI symptoms consider to do a USG KUB scan for pain
